Generic Host Process for win32

When i start my computer an error message appear:
"Generic Host Process for Win32 Services encountered a problem and needed to close", and after that spybots TeaTimer report registri change:
"System Startup global entry; UserFaultCheck deleted."
I have windows xp pro, and service pack 2.

Look in Event Viewer what service failed to load.

I looked in Event Viewer and i cant find log about it.
