Get rid of partition on USB stick

I got a free USB memory stick recently. It seems to have some sort of partitioning on it so that the system recognises one part as a CD and has an autostart on it, which opens a webpage. The rest is recognised as a separate drive and is recognised as a removable disk.

I've tried looking through the Computer Management settings but can only format the removable disk part of it.

Any ideas on how to remove the partition?

If that drive is U3 capable you might want to look into it a bit before getting rid of it. U3 is a pretty handy dandy tool - if you're using windows.
