Getting Maps on BlackBerry

Hi everyone!

I would like to get maps on my Blackberry Pearl 8100 and I have no idea how to. I have the "Maps" application but when it is opened, the maps do not load as the screen remains grey with black lines going across.

Please, help me get maps on my BlackBerry Pearl 8100!
