You talking about entries in your windows or winnt directory, such as $NtUninstallKB329115$ ?

If yes, you can delete all these if you don't plan to UNinstall them.
When done, go into Control Panel/Add-Remove Software and click on the corresponding entries. Windows of course cannot find them anymore, and should offer you to delete the entry. Confirm and you are done.
