Okay so I open up my web browser this morning and I look at my homepage, which is supposed to be http://www.google.com
I get http://www.google.es

I thought "Oh okay someone messed something up in firefox..."
I started IE and typed in http://www.google.com
Forwards to http://www.google.es
Okay, nice joke people, so I checked my language settings on my computer and all, and no luck, they say english... not spanish or what ever...

Anyone know why the thing is giving me http://www.google.es instead of http://www.google.com?
Please help, I don't wanna resort to killdisking the thing out of frustration... I have too much data on here...
Maybe I'm just panicing, and it's probably something really simple... but I can't figure it out...

The entry I was expecting wasn't there and from a quick look i can't see anything bad, but please follow the link i gave you in my last post and follow the instructions for renaming the program, then run another scan and upload the new log.

Okay, renamed the file, and did another scan...
I'm suspecting if this is malware related, it's due to my sister going to 4chan and downloading what ever questionable content from there...
(grrr... note to self... don't lend computer to sister.)
Anyways here's the log file...

I still can't see anything bad in your log, but place a tick next to these entries and have HJT fix them.

O4 - Global Startup: Adobe Acrobat Speed Launcher.lnk = ?

O4 - Global Startup: PGPtray.exe.lnk = ?

By the way, you didn't close the old HJT because the process is still running ;) (C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe)

Okay, I just booted into vista on the computer (as opposed to XP...) and it STILL gives me the google .es page... I don't get it...
It's a whole different OS... so why would it do it still?
