Graphic card advice needed

I need a new graphics card as my Radeon 9800 pro 128mb just died on me. I want something that will play newest games ok at 1024x768. Fairly high end if poss, just so long as i haven't gotta re-mortgage the house, at least 128mb, maybe 256mb AGP

AMD Athlon XP3200+
1024mb PC3200 Kingston DDR dual channel
ASUS A7N8X-E mobo
500watt PSU

A 6600GT-AGP will do nicely.

HardOCP.com recently did a compairison of the 9800 Pro and 6600GT and the 9800 outperformed the GT in alot of areas. He said that it wasnt worth the upgrade unless you were going for something like the 6800.
