I'm building a new pc setup for DDR3 memory (some say it's a good idea, some don't). All the motherboards that I can get my hands on are purely Crossfire supported. I'll be running an Intel Quad (hopefully overclocked @3.2) with 2gb of RAM in Vista Ultimate. My question is, what would be the best graphics card within a price limit of about £150? without bottle-knecking everything else and will the crossfire hinder an Nvidia card?
It'll use a 650W PS. I'd like to play the latest games on high-highest settings
ATi cards seem to have higher memory speeds and DDR4 but everyone seems to love Nvidia............?
