Graphics card getting too hott, advice please?

I have a DELL Inspiron 9100 Laptop, with Radeon 9700 graphics card, I have the operating system Windows XP, I play games alot, hence college, and after about 1-2 hours the frame rate begins to skip and the 'fast computer' sucks.

The following games I'm having the most trouble with:

Gunz Online
StarWars Battlefront II
Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth

I can play StarCraft fine whenever I want to, but the other games the frame rate begins to screw up. Some people said that my graphics card is heating up too much, I have a power adapter by DELL, for 150W-AC Adapter.

What to do? Buy a new power supply thing? or put a fan behind the PC? Please Help.

The laptop is overheating and thermal throttling. Get a notebook cooler.

Would this be a suitable notebook cooler for my problem?

And would increase the 150W power supply help at all?
