GTA SA Freezes

Please help, my SA freezes after few minutes of play and all I can do is restart system or press standby on keyboard to get taskmanager and close it down, so please help me solove this problem out. Thanks in advance.

What you are describing could be caused by any number of things. It would help us help you if you give us more details about your system. Ie., make/model of the parts inside. In particular:

Motherboard:
CPU:
Video Card:
Power Supply:

In the meantime, be sure you have all the latest drivers for your system updated. Specifically:

1. Video Card drivers.
2. Motherboard chipset drivers.
3. Motherboard bios.

Those three updates fix a good percentage of most people's problems.

CPU: AMD Sempron 2400+ oc to 2600 @1910
GPU: GF FX 5200 128 MB
Memmory: 256 MB DDR
Motherboard: ASRock K7VT4A Pro
HDD: IBM 20GB and Seagate 40GB
Power supply 300W

All drivers Up-to-date
All other games are working perfect
I dont want to change BIOS because this game was working on my old windows (XP sp1) but when I installed my new Windows with SP2 (original) this problems occured.
