Man I have started to hate Sony products!
I bought a Handycam almost two years ago and it is having problems. It is showing nothing on the LCD nor the viewfinder except for the menus. It doesn't record anything except sound. It doesn't show anything in playback either.
Can anyone help me? I don't want to take it to a Sony Customer Service Centre because first of all their service is really bad and secondly they charge a lot! The model of my handycam is [ DSR-TRV 265E ].
