Glad to join Techspot. I'm a hobbist, and i have been working with many computers for some time now. Enjoy doing low level repairs, but from time i come across some problems that i need help with. One of the machine I'm working keeps crashing on me, and i get the blue screen of death. I have run Norton antivirus but to no avail. When i reboot system it gives me a error massage (system error occur). When i research dump I see WeRecdd5.dir01 is there any way to remove this without reinstalling XP. Thank you Gonzo1061
