  1. Hope everyone is doing good tonight. I don't have a clue on how this works, but I have a problem. Not related to my PC, its my friends PC...she has a virus and malware trojan of some sort. I'm going to be the one to fix it, since she doesn't have a clue about computers.

    But I know I'm only supposed to introduce myself here, and I appologize.
    I'm pretty good at fixing computers, but I have a lot to learn...
    I guess that's all for now.

    Ok, this is my friend Sandy's computer with infected files...
    Nothing showed up in Safe Mode...everything was clean. Only while running windows does any infection show up. Somehow I ended up with 4 log files, one of them is broken down into two parts.
    I hope you can help us...it took me almost 3 days to try an fix this. I had no idea these 15 steps would take so long...Just hope it works.
    Looking forward to hearing from u soon.
