Hello, (hijack this), Display Driver Error

Hi I've been having the super awesome display driver error alot of people seem to get. I've read in a post on here that hijack this might be able to fix the problem, but as I dont know much about what the log says I'm hoping someone here can lend a hand. If you could let me know of what I should repair that would be helpful.

You have no antivirus scanner active and no firewall present and your pc is infected. You need to go to the Security and the Web forum and read all the sticky threads and make a post in that forum.

HijackThis will not fix a driver issue but it will, with help, fix your infections.
