Help 17 inch LCD monitor

i am about to buy a 17 inch monitor, flat screen / LCD.
any recommendations on where to look for a low price right now? today or tomorrow?
i am not afraid of refurbished as long as I have the option to return for an exchange of the same item or better return policy.

got one thru ebay

well, i took a chance on a good used monitor on ebay from someone with many positive feedbaks. hopefully this will pay off: cost was much lower than new. if it dies in ayear i will still consider it a decent deal.
