HELP! couldnt open "open gl" mode while playing CS 1.6

HELP!! i keep getting this message when i try to run my CS 1.6 at openGL mode.
"The specified video mode is not supported. The game will now run in software mode"
what am i suppose to do to solve this problem? can anyone help me? thanks a lot!

what kind of graphics card do you have? i reccomend that you update your graphics drivers and retry using openGL.

That means that your graphics card isn´t supported by the game.
Please tell us your graphics card maker and model.

its a S3 Graphics ProsavageDDR. what am i suppose to do?

upgrade to a better card that can handle the desired applications. if you tell us the specs of your system and what other games you play i can reccomend a particular card.
