Help deleting USB partion

as the title describes need help deleting USB partion, the catch is that when you plug it in the partion comes up as a cd rom drive and autoruns a program

What usb device is it and what version of windows do you have?

try this go to properties of drive and
use optimize for performance
guess some how it got format with cdfs
or 3rd part manager like acronis
after auto run escape out of program right click the drive choose explore
should be able to delete this way to

i cant tell you wat the make of the device is as it is a college branded one version of windows xp and vista
