Help! Internet explorer keeps popping up!!

For some reason Internet explorer keeps popping up. And when i do use internet explorer, it always reconnects to my homepage (which is msn.com)...also when i use certain keys like my 'n' key it immediately opens up the internet window or changes to my homepage.
I attached my hijack log and a combofix log, please help, it's really irritating!!

You need to take a look at your setup in Control Panel for Network Connections, Internet Connections, then go to IE 7 to look at your possibilities in Tools, and to MSN for your MSN setup.
I suspect all your problems can be corrected by reconfiguring MSN.

Try what raybay suggested. This problem is probably not malware related.
