Help me overclock cpu

I dont know much but i want it to go faster and dont care if i end up friein this damn thing. ive been searchin google and cant find a way to do it. i cant oc in the bios so im hopeing for a program to do it for me.


system: ibm 830542u
northwood pentium 4 2.40ghz
socket: WMT478/NWD
chipset: Intel 845G

You are not going to have much luck overclocking an 845G, nor any IBM, but if there is any possibility, it will be posted on the Intel site. Is that IBM 8304-42U?

Same answer as before. the i845G chipset does not tolerate meaningful overclocking, and neither does the IBM 8305-42U
