CPU Northwood 3,2 Problems...?! Help Me...!!!

As regards a new Bios of MB Asus P4PE-X/TE, I've the last version
1008....After now there is only a Beta 1009 Version in Dos,
but I've spoken by phone with Asus Customer Assistance and they told me
don't use this Beta version...?!
I've already tried another OS like Win 2000, because I've two OS in
Different little removable Case, and its the same situation when I want
read a
DvdMovie...Application like WinDvd or WindowsMediaPlaer go in Hung Up
Creating error recording...
