HELP Needed - XP Keeps crashing out at random

HI hopefully someone can help me or point me in the right direction,
I have got a E Machines 6250 which is running Windows XP Home Edition. My machine keeps rebooting at random intervals, If I checked the Event Viewer and i get the following error
Source -System Error, Category - (102), Event - 1003

Error code 100000d1, parameter1 00000020, parameter2 00000002, parameter3 00000001, parameter4 f70ba07d.

Looks similar to what was posted here. (duxcw.com)

They seem to have narrowed it down to a graphics card issue. If you're in the same boat, you may want to try updating your graphic card drivers or swapping out your card for another.

0x000000D1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

The system attempted to access pageable memory using a kernel process IRQL that was too high. The most typical cause is a bad device driver (one that uses improper addresses). It can also be caused by caused by faulty or mismatched RAM, or a damaged pagefile.

Go HERE and follow the instructions.

If that doesn`t help. Zip 5 or 6 minidumps together, and attach them here.

Computer still crashing - Help needed!!!!

Hi, my computer is still crashing and the company that support my computer are being useless, if any one out ther can help me i would be most grateful.
Story so far, the computer still crashes out at random, in the event log it always has the same error code (Source - System Error, category (102) event 1003)) error code seems to change, latest one :
Error code 00000044, parameter1 83b68e28, parameter2 00000d62, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 00000000.
The machine has had the mother board replaced (which includes the on board graphics/sound card) the power supply has been replaced, i have reinstalled windows 8-10 times (destructive restore) re-installed anti virus software before pluggin it onto the net, removed the tick from 'automatically restart' from the start up and recovery menu (control panel), The fan speed has been checked and CP temp all running ok, tried running a deep scan on the hard drive, defrag, checked virtual memory settings and still nothing.....
Im at a loss, the company i bought the machine from wont replace it either, Please please please help

I also appear to get alot of DHCP error, loosing the lease to the IP address (Source DHCP, Category none, Event 1000 )

A lot of people with an EvilMachine PC (that's what you got) found it beneficial to replace the PSU (piece of Bestec crap). Try and borrow one from a mate, before you buy.
Loads of posts all over this forum with EvilPC problems.
They range at the lowest end of the low-end PCs, down there with Packard Bell PCs, which actually have less problems than EvilMachine!
