Help on Video cards!

I want to upgrade my video card (GeForece 440MX)...
wich one of these would you guys suggest?

1. REFURBISHED: POWERCOLOR ATI RADEON 9600 PRO 128MB DDR DVI+CRT+TV 8X AGP for $80

2. "ATI RADEON 9700 PRO 128MB AGP 8X TVO/DVI Video Card" one of my neihgboors is selling it for $140-$150

3. REFURBISHED: ROSEWILL RADEON 9600 Video Card, 128MB DDR, 128-bit, DVI/TV-Out, 8X AGP, Model "RW9600-128D" for $66

Thanks guys, also consider the price... i mean i would not mind saving some extra dollars.

the obvious choice would be the 9700 pro, providing your nieghbour hasn't trashed it
having said that. one of my mates bought the 9600 pro (make sure its not AIW) and it's very good value for money
he plays HalfLife 2/CS:S, BF1942, BF:V, UT2004 all with pretty decent settings and no problems what so ever so if you're tight for a few quid then....

i personally wouldn't even consider the refurbished 9600 non-pro
