Complete this ASAP

Please download Combofix by sUBs from either here or here

Save Combofix.exe to your your Desktop.

• Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts. (from the keyboard select 1 and press enter)
• When finished, it will produce a log for you.
• Attach that log in your next reply.

Important:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause your computer to stall

After you have posted that log read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly. You can skip the Combofix step. But follow through with the rest.

Post fresh HijackThis (HJT), Combofix, and AVG Antispyware logs as ATTACHMENTS into this thread, only after doing the above.
We also need to know the result of Panda Antirootkit.
