help problem with task manager

the task manager won't open no matter what i do to open it. Ad-aware keeps finding a w32.p2p spybot and deletes a set of files but it keeps coming back. System restore won't fix the problem which i think means that the system restore file is also infected

Norton Anti Virus is also detecting a W32.spybot.worm, but i think thats the same as what Ad-aware is finding but just giving it a different name.

I have made a full Hijack this log to try to help anyone who wants to help me:

you need to go into safe mode and remove

i don't have a clue what yinolemm.exe is but i have deleted the stuff for istsvc.exe and it seems to have came back

what is the problem with google toolbar? or is it just your opinion to remove it or is there a problem?i don't use the Download studio bar so i have no problem removing WebDlBar.dll
