HELP updating bios

Im upgradeing my asus mobo p5b to the newest bios which is P5B-0701

now how do i install it some one told me about the utlities im on xp pro sp2 please help me thanks i need to upgrade it soon

just go to the Asus website and follow the instructions.

I'm not sure about windows xp pro utilities tho, but i think there are utilities available on the website that i think you're probably referring to...

i dont understand it thats why im asking for help i already got the bios thing downloaded its a rom file now what..
