right so..i think my video card is busted but before i rush out and buy a new one i wanted some advice.
When i press the power switch my computer beeps and the fans whir. but the screen never kicks in. normally you get that change in tone as the whole thing boots up and starts to load, but this never happens.
At first i thought over heating, but it has been left cold for over 48 hours and still nothing happens.
Could it be anything else?
My video card is the ati radeon saphhire X1800XL and it is leterally 3 months out of warranty. do these usually break?
