hello, im swapping motherboards and im planning on using this trick http://www.softwaretipsandtricks.com/windowsxp/articles/376/1/Changing-Motherboards
but i dont understand which my "current storage controller is" when he says
"Before you swap out the current motherboard go to device manager and select the IDE ATA/ATAPI Controller and select your current storage controller. Right click, select update driver and select install from a list or specific location. Click don't search I will choose the driver to install and select the standard dual channel IDE controller."
because when i go into my IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers i have a list that looks like this
Primary IDE channel
Primary IDE channel
Primary IDE channel
secondary IDE channel
secondary IDE channel
secondary IDE channel
standard dual channel PCI IDE Controller
standard dual channel PCI IDE Controller
standard dual channel PCI IDE Controller
anyone know what my current storage channel/s is?
