Help with GeForce!

I own a GeForce 6200 128MB Agp 8x 64-Bit video card. Whenever I install it in the computer, the screen stays in a standby-like mode. I have uninstalled the on-board graphics and tried to install the drivers from the cd the card came with. Please help me!

So you just got the card and you're trying to install it? Maybe there are graphics drivers for your onboard graphics you need to uninstall first, what onboard graphics did you have? Also, you don't need a monster psu to run that card but you need to have at least a decent 300w psu so check that. And plug in the card before you install the new drivers. So far it actually sounds like you don't have enough power but if you can give us any additional info that'd be good.

I just fixed it. Really stupid mistake by my part of not plugging the monitor in correctly......
