help with identifying hijackthis log

If anyone can tell me which file I shoud remove (using kiil box). My computer frezees (not responding) in windows explorer when I try to copy something itc. I think I have a some kind of a virus...any help will be appreciated.

Go HERE and follow all the instructions exactly.

Post a fresh HJT log as an attachment, only after doing the above.
