Help with my minidumps (cpc2004 help me!)

WinXP crashes to BSOD usually when playing warcraft III and perhaps other times. I need help finding the problem, here are the 5 latest minidumps. thanks!

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

All your minidumps crash with an unknown image and a bugcheck of 9C.

This means you have some kind of hardware failure(see below). Unfortunately, I can`t tell you exactly which hardware is causing the problem.

0x0000009C: MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION

This is a hardware issue: an unrecoverable hardware error has occurred. The parameters have different meanings depending on what type of CPU you have but, while diagnostic, rarely lead to a clear solution. Most commonly it results from overheating, from failed hardware (RAM, CPU, hardware bus, power supply, etc.), or from pushing hardware beyond its capabilities (e.g., overclocking a CPU).

You will need to diagnose which hardware if faulty.

Disconnect anything not required to run your system and see if you still get crashes.

Go HERE and follow the instructions.

When it crashed last, i pressed the pause/break button and there was a line that said something about IRQ_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL (something like that).
Could the problem be an IRQ conflict? Here's what my computer had under conflicts/sharing:
