Help With Sound

Good afternoon. I have a quick question for those who can help and or have had the same problem before. My problem is I can only hear sound in my right ear, I've tried getting new headphones and speakers, and I can still only hear out of the right side. Things I have tried to fix this:

Opened up sound control and made sure all the balances were in the middle.

Tryed getting new drivers from realtek (ugh)

Attempted contacting realtek (ugh)

PLEASE Don't tell me i gotta get a new sound card this pc is new would suck if i have to...

I tried pluggin mic/speakers/headphones in to back nothing works, anyway to 'activate' the backpanel to work? Please help!

I assume it is on board sound? Get a card, even a cheapo Trust (£20.00) is easier to troubleshoot than on board. Download Audacity. This is a free recording package and has meters and will show you whats working or not.
