No-Dont use the cases PSU, buy a PSU from antec, id recommend this PSU

Yeah dont use cheap power supplies that come with the cases itself they normally last what a year if that and when they do blow out the risk the chance of frying the mtoehrboard and a smaller but still can happen risk of other parts, brands such as Antec and Thermaltake are your best bets

For any new system I would recomend an Intel Core 2 Duo if you can afford it.
