Help With Trojan

I'm new and somewhat uninformed when it comes to removing trojans. I have a trojan.nebular and some other ilk that is slowing my computer and consistently showing up on my antivirus. Can someone walk me through a remedy for this issue? I would be very appreciative.

This is an unfortunate occurrence but I would like to use it as a chance to learn more about these situations.

So... I read the sticky and followed the 15 steps to cleansing one's system. Here is the fruit of that labor. Please help me make sure I got everything or at least that everything can be gotten.
