You want to get rid of that as fast as you can.
It's with 99.9% certainty a generic PSU that came within a cheap PC (like E-machine or Tiny or Gateway).
If it's not working properly anymore, go get a brand-name PSU from e.g. Enermax, Antec, Fortron. If you are not adding any hardware to that PC, any 300-350W will do.
Check the big connector from PSU to your motherboard. Depending on the number of pins (20 or 24) you may need a 20/24 adapter for the new PSU (might be included) or pick a model with the right connector.
