CMOS Checksum error-defaults loaded
Warning! CPU has been changed or CPU Ratio Changed fail
Pls. re-enter CPU settings in the CMOS Setup and remember to save before quit

Your Bios believes that the cpu settings have been changed either by virtue of a new cpu or overclocking/underclocking. And it doesn't like it.

edit: this could be due to a bad cmos battery, a blip in the psu output to the mobo and thus the cpu that made the bios think the cpu was undervolted/clocked, etc.

I once had a bad case fan that dropped my 12v rail enough that I got occassional 'overclocking failed' alarms on boot.
