I recently upgraded from 256K to 2GB of memory. While I was in there I blew out the whole case with safe canned air. When I rebooted, the system booted to the OS then completely shut off. It did this three times when I rebooted. I let it sit for an hour and tried again. This time it ran fine. Now, it runs slow. The task manager says that I am using 1.8GB of PF Usage or more constantly. Is this the source of my slow processing? Any help greatly appreciated. I'm running XP.
