Hope this works. Was wandering if i need to do this under each profile or just the one i use all the time? There are a total of four profiles including administrator. Thanks Micah

I saw this too late. Do NOT make a new thread please, continue in the original post!

You are going a bit over the top with both Symantec/Norton bloatware AND the AVG antivirus.
AVG by itself can do the trick (and is free as well!)

It is normally enough to do this for the user that got infected. The scans by various programs check the whole PC, not just one user.

Boot in Safe Mode again and run HJT once more. Let it FIX:
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://update.microsoft.com/windowsupdate/v6/default.aspx?ln=en-us
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar,LinksFolderName =
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [cfgmgr52] RunDLL32.EXE C:\WINDOWS\cfgmgr52.dll,DllRun
O16 - DPF: {6414512B-B978-451D-A0D8-FCFDF33E833C} (WUWebControl Class) - http://update.microsoft.com/windowsupdate/v6/V5Controls/en/x86/client/wuweb_site.cab?1120328564250

When done, delete the bold file.
