HIJack This Log..PLEASE HELP

Attached is my hijack this log. What do I do now?? Thanks in advance for all the help!!! Unfortunately, I tried to attach my log, however it is not allowing me to. So instead I copied and paste... THANKS AGAIN!!

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Your system is infected with several nasties, including a hijacker.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Download and run the Blacklight programme. Follow all the instructions carefully.

Then, go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, Combofix and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

I did all the steps as you told me and I ran the hijackthis again after I rebooted the computer. I pasted my log. Please let me know what i can erase.

I asked you to follow some instructions and post HJT, combofix and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments. You have not seen fit to do that. Unless you do as requested, there`s nothing I can do to help you.
