Hijack This Log

Attached is my Hijack this log. I have tried (in safe mode) SpyBot, Adaware, MS Antispyware, and Ewido. Every time it cleans but I still keep getting popups, and keep getting more spyware.
Any help is appreciated.

On the affected computer, we only use IE for Windows Updates (since all this started happening, about one month).

OK - I see now, in the log it says it is a running process. I have been searching on Google for this - iexplorer.exe does NOT show up in the Prcoesses tab in Windows Task Manager, and isn't open on my comptuer, but every time I do a HijackThis it shows up as running.

Try deleting this

C:\WINDOWS\ALCXMNTR.EXE

and get HJT to sort out these

See if that fixes anything.
