Hijackthis log! Please help with review.

I am new to the forum, and apologize upfront if I am duplicating the process, but I was hoping to get some help with the review of my Hijackthis log. My system has been running sluggishly, and at times locking up to the point I have to power down and restart. I currently run avast as my virus protection along with running CCCLeaner and Lavasoft Ad-aware frequently. I have attached my log. Any help in reviewing it would be appreciated.
