I'm sorry to say that the log you've posted is clean.

Mcaffee is a waste of time compared to other security products (with the notable exception of Norton, which is just as bad in the waste of time stakes), And I'd say it would be worth using different software to replace it.

Again though, your log is pretty clean. I think you're more likely to be looking at an application conflict or a windows problem (or maybe even hardware, depending on what your issue is.). We shall be needing more info in order to help you.
