Hello and thanx for your help,

when i open the task manager (ctrl+alt+delete) i can only perform a task switch, i cannot see the processes or performance tabs

i ran the regedit, i deleted the disable tskmgr key,

if it is not a trojan
what else can i do?

Have you tried double clicking the border of task manager as in the pic below?
