HijackThis Logfile...computer is exploding

Two days ago I let a friend use my computer as I slept...and I woke up the next morning to find it full of BS. I worked hard to keep it spick and span, and now it's suffocating! I've run AdAware and SpyBot numerous times, and tried to analyse the HijackThis log...some things I wasn't able to delete, even in safe mode. I also have tried to run regedit...it tells me it is not a valid Win32 application! Help!

(I've yelled at my friend nonstop for the past couple days)

Your system is infected by amongst other things. Surfsidekick.

Go HERE and follow the instructions exactly.

Then, go HERE and have your computer scanned.

Then, go and read both these threads by RBS. Follow all the instructions exactly.

How to remove Trojans and its ilk! and How to remove Begin2search / coolwebsearch and other nasties.

Post a fresh HJT log, only after doing the above.

All right, thanks for all the help! I noticed the surfsidekick thing right away, but nothing I did would make it go away...it still said it was running when I tried to delete it in safemode. Thanks again : D
