well I followed the instructions for posting this file I am almost about to format my computer it has gotten so bad I have run every anti-spyware and anti-virus program known and still can't get rid of it. I also have that services.exe error code 203/204 thing and I can't stop it. I have attached my log file for hijack this please help me on this I am going crazy.

Hello and welcome to Techspot.
Your system is absolutely riddled with malware. In fact, it`s one of the worst cases of infection I`ve seen for quite some time. I recommend you reformat and reinstall from scratch.

Can you tell me what to remove or fix cause I want to reformat but whenever I do I lose something really important and I have nothing at the moment to backup my files on. Unless I pay for an online backup but at the moment I just want to get as much off as possible until I get my macbook pro then I can format.

Ok, we`ll try and clean your system. However, due to the severity of your infections, I must caution you, that we cannot guarantee anything. You must follow all instructions exactly. If you have any problems with the instructions, please let us know.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.
Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.
Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
Also, let me know the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan.

I can't pretty much any of those steps. first I can't install any anymore anti-spyware programs including avg because my computer just reboots instantly and when trying to boot into safemode it freezes damn that shutdown error is going be on in a sec

In that case, as I said earlier, you need to reformat and reinstall from scratch. Any instructions I gave you would involve you booting into safe mode and since you can`t do that, I don`t think there`s much I can do.
Just as an outside chance, try the following.
1. Please download The Avenger by Swandog46 from HERE. Save it to your Desktop and extract it.
2. Download the attached avengerscript.txt and save it to your desktop
Note: the above code was created specifically for this user. If you are not this user, do NOT follow these directions as they could damage the workings of your system.
3. Now, start The Avenger program by double clicking on its icon on your desktop.
Under "Script file to execute" choose "Load script from file".
Now click on the folder icon which will open a new window titled "open Script File"
navigate to the file you have just downloaded, click on it and press open
Now click on the Green Light to begin execution of the script
Answer "Yes" twice when prompted.
4. The Avenger will automatically do the following:
It will Restart your computer. ( In cases where the code to execute contains "Drivers to Unload", The Avenger will actually restart your system twice.)
On reboot, it will briefly open a black command window on your desktop, this is normal.
After the restart, it creates a log file that should open with the results of Avenger’s actions. This log file will be located at C:\avenger.txt
The Avenger will also have backed up all the files, etc., that you asked it to delete, and will have zipped them and moved the zip archives to C:\avenger\backup.zip.
5. Please attach the content of c:\avenger.txt into your reply, as well as a fresh HJT log.
