Restart the computer in safe mode, see how here

Turn off System restore see how here

Run Hijack This and put a check mark next to these entries then click fix checked.

O12 - Plugin for .spop: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Plugins\NPDocBox.dll This entry is safe and should not be fixed.

Run Adaware and remove any entries found. Restart the computer and turn system restore back on.
 
Run HJT with no other programmes open(except notepad). Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).

Click on the fix checked button.

Close HJT.

Other than the above, your HJT log is clean.

No problem mate.

It`s nice to have a little help around here.

017 entries, if they do belong to the owners ISP and are fixed, will result in the internet not working properly, if at all.
