HJT Log File, I believe I have many problems

Attached is my HiJack This scan file. Recently my computer seems to be faulty and it would be greatly appreciated for an overview of my log file.

HJT is not sufficient.
run your anti-virus and spybot, ewido, and ad-aware in SAFE mode.
report results.
