HJT Log....MSIE problems

HJT Log File

Can anyone have a look at my log file a si keep getting an ie error : iexplorer abnmormal program termination; abort, retry, ignore. If i click on any of these ie just shutsdown. Am running xp home, and have been trying to run trend house call.

Post a fresh HJT log, only after doing the above.

Can someone please have a look at my log and see whats wrong.

Boot into safe mode. See how HERE. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial61.html

Turn off system restore.(XP/ME only) See how HERE. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial56.html

In Windows Explorer, turn on "Show all files and folders, including hidden and system". See how HERE. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial62.html


Run HJT with no other programmes open. Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000002} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: Yahoo! Toolbar Helper - {02478D38-C3F9-4EFB-9B51-7695ECA05670} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {06849E9F-C8D7-4D59-B87D-784B7D6BE0B3} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {15F4D456-5BAA-4076-8486-EECB38CD3E57} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {4A2AACF3-ADF6-11D5-98A9-00E018981B9E} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {53707962-6F74-2D53-2644-206D7942484F} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {C333CF63-767F-4831-94AC-E683D962C63C} - (no file)

O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {3E74382F-E627-4B4C-BE31-C8543FEA784A} - (no file)

Fix all 016-DPF entries.

O18 - Protocol: msnim - {828030A1-22C1-4009-854F-8E305202313F} - "C:\PROGRA~1\MSNMES~1\msgrapp.dll" (file missing)

Click on the fix checked button.

Close HJT.

Reboot into normal mode and turn system restore back on.
