Home page can't be changed in Win XP.

Ok... this is the problem I have:

When I open up my IE browser, I go to this site: www.securityprecaution.net and the page is saying that I have an spyware in my system. I've tried Tools-Internet Option to change my homepage but it doesn't work and each time I get the same page. I've run my system against MS Anti Spyware, Spybot, Ad Adware SE and etc. but nothing seems to be working on it and I still get the same page when I open up my browser.

Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

Boot into safe mode. See how HERE

Turn off system restore.(XP/ME only) See how HERE

In Windows Explorer, turn on "Show all files and folders, including hidden and system". See how HERE

Download and run this removal tool from HERE Read and follow the instructions.

Once you`ve done that. Continue with the rest of the instructions below.

Go to add remove programmes in your control panel, and uninstall anything to do with(if there)

C:\Program Files\AIM Toolbar

Close control panel.

Open your task manager, by pressing the ctrl/alt/delete keys together.

click on the processes tab, and end process for(if there).

mssearchnet.exe

Close task manager.

Run HJT with no other programmes open, and let HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).
