how can i install windows XP in a external harddrive USB

Hi guys! I just want to know how to install a windows xp in a external hard drive USB?? Tnx

Hi Ken,
It's the same as installing XP on any other drive.
Connect your USB external drive.
It will show up in Explorer as a drive or partition.
Load your XP CD, select "Clean Install".
When asked for the drive or partition, select the external drive.
That's all there is to it.
However, if you want to be able to BOOT from this drive you better make sure your BIOS allows it and is set accordingly.

You cannot install or boot vanilla XP from an USB device unless you go and hack the driver framework.
