Ever since i downloaded the last windows update, my file sharing program isnt connecting and neither is my wireless connection (which the computer IS recognizing, just not connectiong too). Is there a way to uninstall the last windows update? Or any other solution to the problem?

Isnt this just a case of Add/Remove Programs in the Control panel?

Near the bottom of the list you'll find the Windows updates (I think)

This is correct. If you don't remember which one it was, you could try restoringto a previous date than when you installed the update.

As far as finding the one you want, to uninstall, you could also go to Windows Update again, and look at "View Installation History", and maybe find out what the number is on the one you want to uninstall.
