How do i delete extra modem init. strings previously added?

hey -- can anyone please tell me how to delete extra modem initialization strings i added in trying to diagnose my modem disconnect problem? the strings didn't help, and i'd like to get them out of there. thanks!

Location of Extra Settings depending on version of Windows.
http://www.pasty.net/settings.html

Highlight the "Extra Settings" and delete them, then click OK.
